1 red receives then carries around the ring of fire and passes flat to 1 orange
1 orange pulls through all of the cones then crosses the ball to 1 green who is cutting to the ball for a defelction
everyone follows their pass and 1 green goes in line behind 2 white
2 white will start when 1 yellow has gone through the landmine
2 white slalloms through then passes the ball to 2 yellow

2 yellow should be lifting over all of the cones and having a strong pass into the square
2 blue should be communicating with 2 yellow and sprinting into the square to receive the ball
2 green should be yelling "dog leg" to 2 blue when she has gotten to the end line
2 green should stop the ball then shoot. (this is not a deflection)
