During the game, players will need to hit up from the back. The full back will stand taking the hit in. The LB and RB will drop back behind the full back to give wide options instead of going through the middle staright to opposition players. The the midfielders and wingers will set up away from the line to allow for the LB and RB to it up the line and out of defense. The high winger shuold be the player who recieves this through ball if all goes well.
