goal:
speed, agility, opponent awareness

Chinese wall 
*
 see how large you make the square, you might want to adjust it. * players on midline, 1/2 taggers in square
on your sign running to backline without being tagged. 
* if tagged you are going to make a wall (legs wide + arms wide). Thus square becomes smaller. 
* who is left at the end as runner? 

Stick skill TEST A:  1 minute who can do the most figure 8's standing still? 

Stick skill TEST B: 

1 min: who can do the most figure 8's while walking. 
 

COACHING POINTS

 Stick skill: figure 8 around feet


* double V grip and Indian grip 
   needed. 

* fast figure 8's require:
a) enough space between feet and ball. Thus knees bent + back straight
b) let stick roll around ball and guide ball in right direction (instead of going over ball)
