Goal:
* repeat trap ball from right
* NEW trap ball from left
Exercise
* 4 pp at 1 side.
* 1 plays ball to 2.
* 2 receives ball from right with feet forward + dribbles to cone on side line. At cone he pulls back and plays ball to 1 again.
* After 2 plays ball back to 1, he quickly runs (around cone) into the game turf where he needs to defend.
* if 1 gets ball he dribbles and tries to score by dribbling over goal line.
At the end a small game:
Who got most points? Scoring a goal = 3 pnts. If defender gets the ball and plays over midline from every distance= 2 pnts.
New: receiving ball from left
* Feet towards attacking goal
* Left ball roll to your help side = past your right foot
* follow ball with your stick but ONLY trap ball when it's on dribbling position.
Receiving ball from right
* feet forward towards attacking goal/ cones
* Trap ball at right foot
* Left hand away from body to ankle stick to trap
* when trapping ball already bring ball towards goal.
NB pull back is nothing more than pulling ball from front foot to back foot and then turn
