Goal:
Pushing straight from dribble/run. Focus on ball at back foot (rhythm)
Most points exercise:
* couples with 1 ball
* no 1 on midline with ball. No 2 is 3 m behind, see picture.
* if No 1 starts dribbling then No 2 can defend goal A!!
* No 1 from dribble try to push in goal before No 2 is there to defend.
* if defender stops ball= 1 point for him. If attacker scores = 1 point for him.
Variation
* distance defender closer or further away
* no 2 says yes and then no 1 can dribble.
