SET UP
1. Make 14 goals, each with cones 2 meters apart ( 7 on one side, 7 on the other)
2. The pair of goals opposite must be about 15 meters apart
3. Pile of balls at the top and one ball for each set of goals
INSTRUCTIONS
Player get into pairs. One player lines up at each goal. Firstly show the girls how to tackle, making sure they don't lift their stick up when tackling and trying to get them to push the ball onto the opposing person's feet our pull around them. Get them to try these techniques. Make sure you go around and give pointers to some people that are struggling. Aim is for the person dribbling the ball to get it through the goal. If the defender takes the ball off the attacker, they are to dribble it through the opposing goal.
