Attacking players start at two lines just outside the 25. Alternating sides they speed dribble to the box shown. Defensive players are only allowed to play the ball inside the box and attacking players HAVE TO go through the box to shoot on goal.
If the defense disposses the attacking player they do not get to shoot.
