Here the defender (yellow) will give the ball to the attacker wide then stay with their player. The attackers (red) will try and score with a shot, pass or rebound. All the defending player has to do is make sure that the player she is marking can not score or even help the attacker. The keeper should have responsibility for the player with the ball. This exercise can be done on both sides.
