Players start at the middle pile of balls. The first player takes the ball and runs into the circle with it. As soon as he/she enters the circle, a shot must be taken (Coaches can decide which shot they would like to implement here). The player then runs to his/her right and picks up a ball from the ball pile. He/she then enters the circle and takes a forehand shot at goal. The player then runs to the ball pile on the far left and takes a ball. He/she then enters the circle and takes a backhand shot at goal. The player then goes to the back of the line.
Coaches could set up multiple drills like this in order to save time and get the children to go through the drill as much as possible. Coaches can focus on the players style when taking shots at goal. This could become a very technical drill.
