DESCRIPTION

  • 4 drills working on individual skill
    • One Handed Dribbling
    • Push and run
    • Two handed dribbling
    • Double chuck and run
  • Do one then move onto the next run
  • Go through the runs 3-4 times each.

COACHING POINTS

  1. Ensure that the ball is being moved by the feet and not the hands – turning the stick with the hands
  2. RIGHT HAND HAS TO NOT MOVE WHEN TURNING STICK
  3. Ball and feet around each cone
  4. Move ball away from feet to allow vision
  5. Test yourself for the chuck and run

Change of pace for the double chuck and run (slow in the middle)
