DESCRIPTION

<p>Feeders outside the D can transfer the ball between themselves until high attacker has posted up ahead of defender to recieve ball at the top of D.</p><p>Attack then attemps to score. If defender wins the ball they attemp to clear through wide gates.</p><p>Points system for scoring.</p><p> </p><p>Progression: High attacker can use drop pass back to feeder and lead into space to recieve the ball back.</p><p>Rotations:</p><p>Feeder becomes high attacker</p><p>High attacker becomes defender</p><p>Defender drops out</p>
