Divide the team into 2 teams, cops and robbers. The teams line up, facing each other, about 5 meters apart. Behind each team is a line, as soon as they pass that line they're 'safe'. When the coach calls out 'cops', the cops team have to carry their ball over their line and the robbers run after them trying to catch them before they reach the line.
