A designated player (or the coach) is the head of the snake, all the other players have to follow the head and imitate everything he/she is doing.
Examples of what the head of the snake could do: change of direction, indian dribble, stand on the spot and try to tap the ball in the air a few times, a 360 degree turn on the spot etc.
