Split the group evenly behind 3 cones
- A starts with the ball
- A then runs and dumps the ball infront of player D
- Player D then goes to fummy half and passes off the groud to player F (Who is running at speed into the ball)
- Player F then continues running (on and angle in (to the left) and dumps the ball infront of player A
- Player A then is dummy half and passes the ball the ball to player D (who is now running onto the ball and will dump the ball)
and so on
