Partner up with a ball:
- 1 meter passes - fast non stopping - 20
- 3 meter passes - fast & acurate
- 10 meter hits - hard & acurate
Group warm up (2 groups of 6 (3 each side)):
- dribbling to each other
- add in cones, left right drag dribbling to each other
Team warm up (inlcuding goalie):
- Quick SHot Relay - dribblie to back line, flick up to dot (follow)
