DESCRIPTION

Run - round field/s, jogging as a team.

High Knees/Back Flicks - width x 1 each

Sumo squats - both side - width x1 each

Leg Windows - both legs - width x 2

calf stretch/walk - hands swinging to floor each side - width x 2

Ladder running - singles/doubles/in.outs - 2 x (10 sticks)

Partner up with a ball:

- 1 meter passes - fast non stopping - 20

- 3 meter passes - fast & acurate

- 10 meter hits - hard & acurate

Group warm up (2 groups of 6 (3 each side)):

- dribbling to each other

- add in cones, left right drag dribbling to each other

Team warm up (inlcuding goalie):

- Quick SHot Relay - dribblie to back line, flick up to dot (follow)

(1 top of circle, 5 on left, 5 on right)

- Triangle hits into goal - twice each side (left and right)

- 3 v 2 (3 attacking, 2 defending)
