Screen leading is a very easy concept to understand but very hard to get right in a game situation. The sole purpose of the first runner is to draw the attantion of the defenders in so the 2nd player is able to pick the ball up un maked.
Be creating a strong run the first player will run across the receiving path and as soon as it is clear the pass will be made.
(An example is show here->)
Show the players how it is done, then let them try it them selves in a 3v2 situation rotating the initial passer.
