A: The player recieves the ball by chipping it over the plank infront of them then performs a upright backhand.
B: The player will lift the ball over two planks then hit the ball into the goal with an upright backhand.
C: The player will be passed a bouncing ball which they must hit on with an upright backhand.
Try to get the players to hit these on the (half)volley.
