Phase 1
In this case Blue makes the run to the center where he receives the ball form a Red push pass and passes it to the cone which is to the right of where he started (the yellow players).
The Blue palyer then follows his pass (to the yellow players).
Phase 2
Now red makes a run, after Blue has made the pass and started to follow his pass.
Yellow push passes the ball and Red passes it to cones on his right (the blue players).
