DESCRIPTION

  • Player A (Red) passes to player B (Grey) and follows the pass.
  • Player B passes to player player C (Yellow) and follows the pass.
  • Player C passes to player D (Blue) and follows the pass.
  • Player D then turns out and shoots on goal.
  • Drill can be set up so that players can shoot on their strong side or reverse side.

COACHING POINTS

  • Passses must be done to match pace.
  • Players are only allowed on touch before they must pass the ball.
  • Shots on strong side must be a hit or a sweep.
