Dynamic stretching- tiptoes, lunges with twist, hamstring walks, inchworm, spiderman crawl, with jogging back.
All players with ball, different coloured cones around the outside of the centre circle, dribbling around then go to blue cone, red cone etc.
Have two teams, one team with balls one without trying to hit the ball out of the area.
