DESCRIPTION

<p>Players take it in turn across eight ladder exercises moving across the width of the pitch</p><p>Then move through five ball carry exercises before finishing with two tackle boxes</p><p>Once this section has been completed join "Pre Season Half Pitch#2"</p>

COACHING POINTS

<p>Ladders - head up / eyes forward, belly button forwards, back straight, drive knees, drive arms, on balls of feet, rotate hips where necessary</p><p>Ball carry - V-grip on stick, stick in contat with ball angled slightly away from body, feet facing direction of movement, "ski" body position (knees bent, weight forwards, head up), belly button facing ball, left hand rotates stick, right hand guides stick, ball @ 1-2 o'clock</p>
