The player in the middle starts on the penalty mark. Walks up to the first player, receives the ball and hits the forehand as quick as possible. The player receives a ball from the second player from the left and hits another quick forehand.
Next up are two backhand shots, same drill.
Make sure the players turn the right way so they can hit the ball quickly.
Too make it harder, tell the player to touch the penalty mark with his/her stick after every shot, before going to the next player
