DESCRIPTION

Player dribbles through the cones with tight skills. Ball is not to leave the stick. Ball is then passed to the right and is either received or bump passed to the baseline. The player starts on the red cone and leads back to the orange cone to receive the ball. Then player is to do a left hand drag around the two sets of cones, passing straight back to a player in the inner line. That player starts on the red cone and leads to the orange cone, to have a one touch receive shot at goal.
