Play a 5v5 in a pitch divided into 3 equal sections, pitch should be relatively long and thin.
Aim of the game is to contain the opposition after a turnover, to encourage pinning a team in even if you have just lost possession.
Both teams should play the whole game with all their players in only 2 out of 3 sections of the pitch. If the team in possession is spread over all 3 sections, a foul is blown and the ball is turned over.
3 points for a goal, and a bonus point is given to a defensive team that is able to play out into the top 3rd after winning the ball back (doesn't have to be direct)
Encourage winning the ball back high up the pitch
