Procedure: 3v3 or 4v4, in bibs. 2 adjacent games if necessary.
1) Without keeper: Capture the flag. Blues try to carry the ball around a corner cone. If they succeed then they "capture" that gate and can place the blue cone on top of the red cone. Vice versa for reds. The aim is to capture all four corners.
2) With keeper: Three-goal game. Score by passing/carrying through the opposing team's gates. Blue team defends two gates, red team defends a main goal (2pts) and two side goals (1pt).
Place the keeper's goals about 5m in front of the 'backline'. Goals can be scored by passing/pushing through from either side.
Swap teams after [5] mins (winners play each other).
