Mini game with additional point scoring.
V1 - teams given a "secret mission" to score additional points.
> one team is aiming to win the ball in the attacking corners of the pitch (high press)
> other team is trying to score by transitioning/passing-through the central square on the way to goal
V2 teams guass and told what the mission of the other team was. Play again with both bonus points missions active for both teams.
Pressing traps and triggers:
- can we "trap" the team into the corners and spot the opportunities to "trigger" the team to press.
Playing in-and-out of the press:
- when a team is pressing high, can we make leading runs into the press and quickly play the ball out into space
Controlling the centre of the pitch:
- if teams get points for going through the centre, we need to quickly scramble to close spaces in the centre of the pitch. If the ball is played into the press, we need to "collapse" in the not let them out

Turnovers in your own defensive quarter are the most expensive mistakes in hockey. Build an outlet structure your team can execute under a full press, not just in a warm-up.
Summer is the window that decides how your team starts in September. Here is how to build a hockey-specific fitness base with the ball, not just endless running, so players arrive sharp rather than shattered.
