Quick Switch - Simple Screen 3...

Three groups of players - a group on each wing and a line of three players a couple of meters behind the free-throw line. The play starts from the right wing with player 1 passing the first of the outfield players (player 2). Player 2 moves forward to meet the pass and then plays the ball to their left for player 3 to meet and then across to player 4. During this passing process player 1 must chase the passes across the court - screening to protect the pass and prevent the imaginary defender from receivnig the ball. When player 4 receives the ball they should shoot on goal. The drill then starts from the other side - going from left to right.

Attackers dribble in the direction of the goal and start to perform a jump shot when they reach the 8 meter line and then throw at the goal. The defender should try and block the shot by positioning themselves between the attacker and the goal.

The Far Jump Shot 318 jump sho...

As players run up to where they are going to throw from they should bring the ball up to shoulder height. The first step in the 1-2-3 pattern should be made with the foot they are going to jump with (so for right handed players this should be their left foot and for left-handed players vice versa). The third step should be explosive and powerful. In the air player's hip should go backward at the same time and in the same direction as the throwing arm. Pull up other leg until upper leg is parallel with the other leg. Screw back the hip and the arm should follow this movement explosively to the front.

Starting on the right backcourt player passes from right to left. When the third player receives the ball on the left wing they should feint (either to go out or to go in) before then running towards the defender and shooting on goal. Defender only blocks (do not come forward) Once they've shot on goal each player rotates to the next position.

Your forearm should form a 90 degree angle with upper-arm Hip turns backwards together with the hand behind the ball with your fingers slightly spread. The third and final step involves moving forwards with a large and explosive drive - planting the 'weak' foot in the direction of the goal as the hand, arm and hips move forwards in the final movement.

Slide forward on the floor when the chest touches the floor. Head in the neck. 5. Chest, belly and upper leg slide on the floor, while the arms push the body along the floor. 6. The body slides forward, while elbows and wrists are completely bent.
