Hello. I am 15 years old handball player. I play right wing but i am right handed. I dont really jump high and my coaches are saying i am not shoting correctly. Could anywone give me some tips how to shot more efficient. I also wanna learn how to jump higher and to be more time in the air. Is there any exercises that will help me with jump and shot?

1. Start as very young players start how to play handball the basic shot center shot
2. Try to learn it step by step using the right technical feedback. - right foot slightly pointing inwards in front - lifting the arm as far as 90 degrees upperarm - body - stretching it backwards etc see coaching points center shot so learn it from the beginning and try to learn it by adding another technical coaching point every time
3. Try to shoot faster every time that is performing it in a more explosive way
4. Then try to make jump shots etc So first center shot and then the rest. Practise at home indoors with a foamball as often as you can. Once at the training try to throw as many times as possible with your left arm - do drills when warming-up with a partner just before or after your training session. Use the wall as a training object by throwing at a certain point on the wall. Try to master the three/two step rythm before throwing. It will be an investment in time, but in the end you might be able to score goals with both hand which is rather surprising for opponents. Good luck!
