This session is about putting your players fitness levels to the test. This will be a tough session, but rewarding if your players go in with the right attitude.
What's in the Session?
Fitness drills are combined with fun "touch" games that will improve your players fitness while also enhancing their skills.
Develop your team's decision making ability to recognise how and when to set up an offload to unlock the defence.
