What's in the session?
This session start with a bang. The high intensity handling warm up exercises will set the mood for the rest of your session.
Once your players are motivated and ready to go, we look to transition into the high-tempo defensive drills, to help your players stay onside, shape up quickly and defend the ruck. All drills come complete with detailed coaching points, and progressions allow you to develop the practices and push your players.
Create a resolution to develop your coaching confidence by seizing the opportunity to discover new drills, turn ideas into action and seek advice from the coaching community.
