This session is taken directly from the London Wasps Academy, with expert video drills to help you work on your team's passing, running and receiving.
It's always important to work on the fundamentals which is why in this session we work on your players' running with the ball technique, challenging players to engage the defender before playing a strong and direct pass. We start with individual drills and then progress into larger group drills, getting players to work as a team.
Extra Session Notes:
Originally designed to be two hours long, you can use this session how you wish, coaching it in one go or spreading it across two hour long sessions or coaching. Put some sting in your rugby with this London Wasps training plan, a session you are likely to return to, time and time again.
