This session is a progressive session that covers structure and key coaching points of the drift defence. This Defensive structure is used when the attacking side have an overlap or you want to force them to an edge, a more passive way of defending.
This will benefit your players, as defence isn’t as easy as just about run and tackle, there are different structures and progressions that can benefit your team's defensive ability dramatically.
