Use this plan to eliminate bad passing habits and make the good ones stick.
What's in the Session?
Following a short warm up, this session moves onto 4 drills you can use to break the skill of passing down to its core components, making it easy for you to identify bad habits and correct them.
Starting in pairs and finishing with a team race, this session teaches and reinforces the skill of following through, rotating your torso towards your target. It also challenges players to increase their speed of pass and improve their catching.
Session tip:
Most the drills are working in pairs you can also encourage your players to give one another descriptive feedback on their skill performance.
