DESCRIPTION

- Hitting towards the goal
- Hands together at the top of the stick for maximum lever length
- Player should stroke through the ball
- Feet cross behind each other while performing the skipping movement
- Used when the player has a time to strike the ball

COACHING POINTS

- Skip can also be performed by kicking feet together. This is unique to each individual
- If a player is consistenly lifting the ball, it is likely the aren't hitting through the ball completely, or hitting the underside of the ball
