DESCRIPTION

The Left wing(LW) receives ball from Left midfield (LM) and takes the ball into the zone where the right defender(RD) can try and win the ball. Just before the LW loses the ball he/she turns away from the RD and passes the ball to LM. It is important that LM stays outside the zone and straight behind the LW. When the LM receives the ball he/she has to try and get the ball to Right midfield(RM) either direct or via the Center midfield (CM) depending what The defending midfielder (DM) is doing. The DM is restricted to the coned area and therefore can only intercept when LM runs with the ball into that area.
Pass and follow sequence LM-LW-CM-RM-LM (RD + RMD should be switched every so often).

Right Channel:

Player 1 passes the ball to player 2, who plays a 2v1 with player 3 through the channel. Once through, the attack becomes a 4v2 to try and score a goal. The defender in the channel stays and waits for the next attack.

Left wing attack:

The LM starts with the ball. His/her compulsory pass is to the LW. As soon as the ball is played, the 3 players with the ball have to try and score a goal. The defenders start in the circle but can only defend outside the circle.(Tip is that one of the 3 players with the ball always takes a position between the two defenders).

No matter where you are on the pitch, if you feel that you cannot continue to apply pressure towards the goal Then start to play away from defender, and play the ball to your supporting player; this player then has the choice to:

1.Change the point of attack by passing the ball across the pitch, or
2.Pass the ball to the original player.

The LD takes a hit in from the side line. Their compulsory pass is to the the SW. As soon as the ball is played the 3 players with the ball have to get the ball out of the 23m area. (Tip is that one ot the 3 players with the ball always takes a position between the two defenders).
