Hockey Drill Demonstration

Description

Player 1 runs through the slalom passes the ball to player 2 player 2 runs infield with and passes the ball off the board to player 3 who runs from the topof the circle to the side and recieves the ball and passe the ball to player 4 who has run from the half way line to score the goal on the far post

Coaching points

  • Emphasis on second pass over board
  • Watch out that player 3 does not run to much into the corner and has not got the option to turn both ways.
