This is a cooperative drill as a court. 4 per court, two pairs of two. The first pair will come up to about halfway between the net and service line, and they will volley back and forth. They are attempting to keep 6-10 (pick a number for the day based on skill level) balls in play back and forth WITHOUT letting the ball hit the ground. If they succeed, they get a point for their court and the next pair comes up to try the same. They are competing as a court against the other courts. Either go first court to 5-10 points or most points in a time limit. Then back up to the service line and try the same thing.
Working on consistency and cooperation with volleys.
