MISSION: Divide the players into two teams- one batting and the other on defense and spread out on the other side of the net. The coach tosses a hand feed pitch to the first player who tries to hit it over the net within the court boundaries. A ball caught in the air by the defense is an out. The batter get three tries to hit a fair ball, if they fails, they are out. Batters run the bases. Base runners must be forced to advance. Teams switch after three outs.
