DRILL TYPE: Groundstrokes FOCUS: Controlling ball with FH & BH SKILL LEVEL: Orange/ Green Ball EQUIPMENT: 25â Youth Racquet (1) Orange/ Green Balls DRILL: Two teams with 3 on each team, 1 player is at the service line or baseline, 1 player at the net to hand toss the ball, 1 player on the other side of the net to catch the hit ball. Players are rewarded points by placing hits to the catcher, the tosser must toss the ball at waist level. The first team to reach blank number of points wins. After ball is caught the tosser moves to the hitter and the hitter moves to the catcher.
