
1st player runs to cone and drops to a prone position. He then jumps up and accelerates into the tackle bag. The tackler takes over holding the bag while the bag holder runs to the next cone and drops into a prone position. Cycle is repeated until last tackle bag. Last bag holder loops around to join the initial line.
Need cones and tackle bags. Add agility ladder to the circuit to improve agility. Monitor tackling ability / technique.
