Set up a 5mx5m square inside a 10mx10m square. 1st person runs with the ball into tackle shield and drives them back. The next person tells person with the ball to fight to ground. Once player one is on the floor they ruck over and secure the ball. person number 3 will either go in and help ruck or pass the ball to player number 4. When ball is passed they must shout out so that ruck knows the ball has gone. They then round the white cone and do the same thing against the other defender. They complete this four times in total.
