
- 7 players start on a line. Running together, they move up 10 meters until they reach the first line. At that point, 3 players form a ruck over the ball. - After 3 seconds, the players run together another 10 meters. A new ruck is formed over the ball after reaching the line. - After 3 more seconds, the players run another 10 meters together and form a ruck over the last ball. - Reset the drill and repeat going back.
