A drill designed for imporving quick hands, coordination and communication. This drill can be confusing, however when participants understadn the aims, it is very effective.
8 players are needed for this drill - at least 2 participants on each of the 4 cones. 2 balls, starting diagonally opposite each other, are needed. Players who do not have the ball run through the square of cones and retreive the ball- player C gets passed the ball from A, and D passed from B (without slowing down or stopping). They now accelerate whilst holding the ball and pass to the player on their right (player C will pass to cone D, player D will pass to cone A). The players who now dont have the ball replicate the drill, so players B and A.
