Creating Options From the Middle Channel
1. Have 3 lines inbetween the cones. 2. 4 players go at one time. 3. Ball starts on one of the outside cones. 4.The player with the ball runs forward and passes the ball to option created by the middle players. 5. The 2 middle players create options for the person with the ball to pass to. 6. The ball then ends at the end with the last player on the cone. 7. Once completed they pass to the next group waiting to go. -Ensure they all move lines and have a go in each position. - Encourage the players to be creative, but focus on the pass.
