I giocatori muovendo la palla dovranno rimanere con gli appoggi fissi al terreno facendo ruotare il busto e non le gambe per passare il pallone al compagno dando la giusta forza al passaggio a seconda della distanza. Una volta effettuato il passaggio dovranno velocemente cambiare posizione ruotando.
