Will show the pupils the correct way to hold and push pass a rugby ball effectively and efficiently. Important to get the correct grip. Then "cock" the elbow thats the opposite side to where the ball is going to be passed. Follow through with arms pointing towards target which the receiver will have up. Can also flick wrists for extra power. Also sympathy with the pass so it is catchable. Standing opposite a partner they will use this technique to pass the ball straight to them. When they are comfortable they can turn sideways and pass the ball backwards like they would in a game. Then in groups of 5 they will be on their knees and pass the ball along the line to get used to passing the ball sideways.
