
BOTH TEAMS RACE AGAINST EACH OTHER TO GET BALL TO THE OTHER END WITH EVERYONE TOUCHING BALL. COACH WILL PLAY BALL TO EACH TEAM BY DROPPING ON GROUND, PASSING, OR THROWING IN AIR. ONCE THEY HAVE HAD A FEW RACES WE CAN TURN IT INTO A DEFENSIVE LINE SET UP. FIRST TEAM TO SCORE BECOMES THE ATTACKING TEAM AND ATTACKS STRAIGHT AWAY. OTHER TEAM DEFENDS THE ATTACKERS.
