
Ball thrown to back jumoper who is supported. 2 runners from front (2 & 3?) Arcing run aiming to loop round the back of the lineout. The ball is either deflected off the top (Quicker Ball) or the catcher lands & passes (More Control). The Runner fixes the space on the outside shoulder of defender (Probably #10) drives in with the support player quick rucking.
1. Accurate throw to back of line out. 2. Runners must be together & Lineout must know what is happening 3. Ball carrier must look to fix the defenders so that the quick ruck. Good & Long presentation. 4 Support runner seals the ruck with strong body position. T.O.P.
