Focus on jumping technic legs shoulder width apart legs at 120 degrees tower of power arms in close jump straight up from the legs stretch with the arms up Aim to intercept the ball focus on throw legs Shoulder width apart hands on seams if ball behind head starting with the legs, thighs and core then finishing with the shoulders arms aim for the space not the person
