1. Either set up a circle for players to stand round or get players standing in a large circle. 2. Have 2 players standing in the middle with a ball. 3. They pass the ball to someone in the circle and then have to go and rip the ball off them. 4. Aim is to get as many in a minute or however long you see fit. DEVELOPMENT - Increase the tightness the players in the circle can hold onto the ball.
